Appetizers

Roasted beet and apple salad-vegan
Roasted beets sliced and tossed with sliced apples, fresh herbs, evoo, and bibb lettuce.

Maple orange carrot salad-vegan
Baby carrots slow roasted then tossed in maple orange glaze with toasted pumpkin seeds.

Cauliflower with crispy chickpeas and tahini sauce-vegan
Cauliflower tossed with paprika, cumin, turmeric, cinnamon, sea salt and black pepper, evoo and roasted then plated with crispy chickpeas, roasted peppers, and tahini sauce.

Classic noodle kugel
Noodles, cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and all baked to golden brown.

Spaghetti Squash Kugel
Roasted spaghetti squash, eggs, a touch of sugar, and matzo meal, baked to golden brown.

Mains
Braised Brisket

Beef brisket marinated in red wine, honey, onions, garlic, and tomatoes for 2 days then slow roasted and served sliced with the sauce from braising.

Chicken with pomegranate and walnuts
Organic chicken marinated in herbs and seasonings then slow roasted with pomegranate and topped with toasted walnuts.

Grilled lamb lollipop chops
Lamb lollipop style chops lightly marinated then grilled and served with herb sauce.

Roasted salmon with vegetable salsa
Wild salmon lightly seasoned then oven roasted and served with minced vegetable salsa.

Desserts
Apple cake

Sliced apples layered with eggs, milk, and matzo meal batter and baked in a loaf pan until tender.

Flourless chocolate cake
Flourless chocolate cake served with chocolate espresso sauce.

Almond cake
Almond flour cake with a touch of lemon served with rhubarb compote
